1. Forklift oil tank damaged. When a motor is in use, if an oil leakage is found in the oil tank, the oil leakage can be wiped clean and coated with soap or bubble gum to block the oil leakage temporarily; The effect is better when repaired with epoxy resin adhesive.
2. Forklift oil pipe is broken. When the oil pipe is broken, clean the broken part, apply soap, wrap a cloth or adhesive tape around the oil pipe, bind it tightly with iron wire, and then apply a layer of soap.
3. Forklift oil pipe is broken. When the oil pipe is broken, a rubber or plastic pipe suitable for the diameter of the oil pipe can be sleeved. If the socket connection is not tight enough, both ends shall be tied tightly with iron wire to prevent oil leakage.
4. Oil and water leaks due to sand holes in the forklift cylinder head and other parts. According to the size of the sand hole, select the electrician fuse of corresponding specifications and gently hit it into the sand hole with a hammer to eliminate oil and water leakage.
5. The oil pipe joint leaks oil. When the motor is used, if the oil pipe joint of the engine leaks oil, it is mainly caused by the nonsealing of the oil pipe bell mouth and the oil pipe nut. Wrap cotton yarn around the lower edge of the horn, and then tighten the oil pipe nut and oil pipe joint. The bubble gum or maltose can also be chewed into a paste and coated on the seat opening of the oil pipe nut to play a sealing role after it dries and solidifies. You can also cut the artificial leather or leather pants belt into shape or smash it into the hole and install it. You can also cut a section of plastic pipe and install it.
6. The sedimentation cup is broken. Cover the sedimentation cup’s inlet and outlet oil pipe with an adhesive tape pipe or plastic pipe to make the oil pass through without passing through the sedimentation cup.
7. The inlet and outlet hoses are broken. When the crack is not large, the water leakage can be wrapped with a cloth coated with a layer of soap; If the rupture is significant, cut off the broken part of the hose, put a bamboo pipe or iron pipe in the middle, and bind it tightly with iron wire.
8. The fan belt is broken. The broken belt can be tied with iron wire, or the car can be driven away by starting and stopping.
9. Screw hole slide buckle. The sliding buckle of the screw hole causes oil leakage, or the connecting rod is loose, making it unable to work. The original screw can be hammered flat with a hammer to increase the expansion on both sides (pay attention to the uppermost buckle, do not hammer, enter the hole) and then fasten it. Still, it cannot be disassembled many times. It will be repaired during the next maintenance.
10. Diaphragm or oil transfer pump diaphragm is broken or broken. The oil pump can be disassembled. The diaphragm can be taken out, sawed, and filed according to the prototype size with plywood, electrical insulating bakelite or plastic cloth, polished and installed; Or connected the oil pipe directly to the fuel injection pump.
11. The valve spring is broken. After the valve spring is broken, the broken spring can be removed, and the two broken sections can be installed in reverse for use. You can also find a piece of 1mm thick iron sheet, cut it into a disc 1mm larger than the spring diameter, cut a round hole inside, the diameter is 4mm smaller than the spring diameter, cut the outer edge into 4mm long cracks every 6mm, fold one piece every other after cutting, form a double-sided spring seat groove, and then turn the spring into the iron sheet groove. If the spring is broken into several sections, the adjusting screws of the inlet and exhaust valves of the cylinder can be removed to keep the valve closed and stop the cylinder.
