Install the forklift oil pump in the reverse order of disassembly, but pay attention to the following points.

1、 Install a new washer between the oil pump and the oil pump motor.

1. Impurities are not allowed to enter the conduit or pump. Pump fixing bolt: 25.5-32.4 N.M(2.6-3.3KG-M,19-24FT-IB)。

2. Fixing bolt of oil inlet pipe flange: 25.5-32.4 N.M(2.6-3.3KG-M,19.0-24FT-IB)。

3. Overflow connector: 39.2-44.1 N.M(4.0-4.5 KG-M, 30-33FT-IB)。

4. Overflow pipe opening nut: 58.8-98.1 N.M(6-10 KG-M, 43-72FT-IB)。

2、 After installing the oil pump, add grease through the oil filling hole of the oil pump motor at the front end of the fixed frame, and the straight air hole overflows.

3、 After installing the oil pump, perform the following test procedure.

1. Check whether the oil level in the oil tank meets the regulations, and install the company’s pressure gauge on the control valve. Note that install the pressure gauge and adjust the oil pressure.

2. Run the oil pump, turn the adjusting bolt of the pressure reducing valve, gradually increase the pressure from 0 to 18,1mpa (0-181bar, 0-185kg / cm2), and put your hand on the pump body to check the temperature rise. If the temperature rise of the pump body exceeds that of the hydraulic oil, disassemble the oil pump and check whether the assembly is correct.

4、 Reset the pressure reducing valve to the specified pressure. Carry out pump transmission test and measure the lifting speed of fork under no-load. The pump transmission is correct if the speed is within the standard range. No-load lifting speed. 540mm/s(21.26in/s500mms(19.69in/s)。)

5、 Move the forklift up and down under no-load and heavy load and check whether the operation is regular.
