Install and adjust of electric forklift

Before starting the electric forklift, check whether all parts are in good condition and check the performance of all functional elements and safety devices. The forklift can only use the current generated by the battery and never use the rectified AC to avoid damaging the electronic components. Before moving the forklift, you must check whether the brake and battery are fully charged. Open the electric lock, move the control rudder to its moving position, slowly turn the accelerator and move to the corresponding working area. Rotate the accelerator forward to drive the forklift forward, rotate the accelerator backward to drive backward, and stop when the accelerator returns to the middle position. Start, stop or change movement shall be slow because sudden movement may cause danger (due to inertia, especially when walking at high speed). A forklift load shall be at a low position when walking, the height of the fork from the ground shall not exceed 300mm, and the speed of narrow passage or curved road shall be reduced.

Stacking operation of electric forklift

1) The load is low and close to the shelf carefully (the platform must be erected, and the driver stands on the ground).

2) Make sure that the front legs of the forklift can move freely under the pallet or shelf.

3) Lift the load until it rises above the shelf.

4) Move the electric forklift forward slowly, stop when the load is above the shelf, lower the fork to exit from the tray, make sure the load is placed safely, and do not apply force to the shelf below.

5) Step back slowly to ensure that the tray remains stably on the shelf.

6) Lower the fork back to the moving position.

Unloading operation of electric forklift

1) Lower the fork orthogonally close to the shelf and into its bottom.

2) The fork exits from the bottom of the shelf.

3) Raise the fork to the required height, make sure the fork can easily enter under the pallet, and slowly approach the pallet to be unloaded until the load is safely placed on the fork.

4) Lift the fork until the pallet is lifted from the shelf.

5) Move back slowly to exit the channel.

6) Slowly reduce the load and ensure that the fork will not touch obstacles during descent.
