Inspection of Forklift Gasoline Pump

1、 The common faults of the gasoline pump are insufficient or no oil supply pressure. The main reasons are the wear of the rocker arm, the lax closing of inlet and outlet valves, the uneven joint surfaces, the rupture of the pump membrane, the insufficient tension of the pump membrane spring, the leakage of the oil pipe joint or the blockage of oil circuit, etc.

2、 The inspection and repair of the gasoline pump shall be cleaned after the parts are disassembled, and then the parts shall be inspected and repaired.

1. Maintenance of pump body and pump cover. When the screw hole thread is damaged, it is allowed to increase the repair. When the flatness error of the joint surface exceeds 0.15mm, it shall be polished on the flat plate with a gauze pad. The flatness error of the joint surface between the pump body and the cylinder block shall not be greater than 0.20mm. If the plane arch is curved, it shall be polished and leveled; When the arch is serious, the lower plane of the pump body can be fixed on the flat plate or heated and corrected on the particular appliance to prevent oil leakage.

2. Maintenance of rocker arm. A. Suppose the wear at the contact between the outer rocker arm and the eccentric of the camshaft exceeds 0.2mm (generally touching the edges and grooves by hand). In that case, it shall be repaired by welding, and the surface roughness after repair shall not exceed 1.6um. After the inclined surface at the contact between the inner and outer rocker arms is worn, the inclined surface of the inner rocker arm can be repaired by surfacing welding. There shall be no clearance between the rocker shaft and the bearing hole of the pump body. Generally, the interference fit is 0.011-0.041mm; The radial clearance between the rocker arm and rocker shaft is 0.04-0.132mm, and the service limit shall not be greater than 0.20mm. The connecting pinhole on the hand-arm shall be repaired when they wear 0.25mm.

3. Maintenance of inlet and outlet valves: grind the valve seat and valve plate to seal them when the inlet and outlet valves are not tightly closed. If the grinding is invalid, replace them.

4. Maintenance of pump membrane spring: the pump membrane spring shall be free of corrosion, and the free length and load length shall meet the regulations. The inspection of the pump membrane spring can be carried out on the spring tester. If it does not meet the rules, it shall be replaced with a new one.

5. If the pump membrane is broken, replace it. When assembling a new pump membrane, align each pump membrane with the eyelet of the pump body and then tighten the screws. Do not wrinkle the pump membrane.

6. Replace the oil cup when it is broken, and the filter screen and gasket are damaged.
