How to disassemble forklift safely

For the disassembly of the forklift, the outside shall be cleaned before disassembly. Drain the cooling water and lubricate oil into and out of all parts (oil tank, transmission, final drive, etc.). The operating procedures and proper sequence shall be observed during disassembly, and the operation site shall be kept clean and tidy. During disassembly, parts are often damaged, some of which can not be repaired, so we can’t be careless. It must be understood that the quality of the disassembly project directly affects the quality and time of forklift maintenance in Shenzhen. During disassembly, the care and assembly after disassembly shall be fully considered.

Precautions during disassembly are as follows:

1. It should be carried out in sequence, from outside to inside, from accessories to main body. It can be divided into several assemblies for decomposition, such as engine, hydraulic system, gantry lifting and tilting system, clutch, transmission, etc.

2. Tools should be used correctly. Instead of hammers and guns, do not use pliers, wrenches, or screwdrivers. When disassembling the statically matched pin, shaft and bushing, use a gun head or copper gun, and do not knock directly; the puller shall be used when removing the gear and pulley. If there is no such tool, the soft metal gun can be used to punch the working face symmetrically; When removing parts with adjusting shims, such as adjusting shims of steering motor mechanism, adjusting shims of the main reducer, adjusting shims of differential, etc., do not damage the shims. If the organic parts are rusted and difficult to disassemble, gasoline can be used, and the oil can be soaked before decomposition; When the nut is rusty and cannot be removed, in addition to oil immersion and heating, the nut can be screwed in about 1 / 4 turn and then out. It can also be screwed out after tapping around the nut with a hammer for maintenance; When the bolt is broken in the screw hole, a hole smaller than the bolt diameter can be drilled on the broken bolt, and then the reverse thread can be tapped out.

3. When the nuts and bolts are removed, they can be installed back in place without affecting the forklift maintenance to avoid confusion or loss, or they can be placed separately for easy installation.
