One of our Saudi customers purchased 10 pcs hydraulic pump and sent us the DHL collect account.

We prepared the hydraulic pump and called the DHL after receiving the funds. But the DHL needs a certificate for sending the pump every single time, and the certificate can only be used once, which needs more time and money.

After checking with our express agent, they suggest delivering the hydraulic pump via Hongkong, which does not need the certificate.

Our customer received the hydraulic pump finally and readied the repeat order.
