Cause 1: the oil pump gear and pump body are excessively worn, and the clearance is too large.
Treatment method, replacement of worn parts or oil pump;
Cause 2: the wear clearance of piston seal of lifting cylinder is too large, and there is too much internal leakage.
Treatment method: replace the piston sealing ring;
Cause 3: the safety valve spring in the multi-way directional valve fails
Treatment method and replacement of spring
Cause 4: the control valve stem and valve body of the multi-way directional valve are worn and have excessive oil leakage.
Treatment method: fit the valve rod with the hole after chrome plating, and the clearance is 0.01-0.02
Cause 5: oil leakage between multi-way directional valve bodies.
Treatment method: replace the sealing ring and tighten the screws in sequence.
Cause 6: the hydraulic oil pipeline leaks oil.
Treatment method: check whether the sealing gasket and link nut are damaged and tighten the pipe head.
Cause 7: the hydraulic oil temperature is too high (no more than 80 ℃), the oil is too thin, and the insufficient flow.
Treatment method:
  • Replace the unqualified hydraulic oil.
  • Stop the machine from reducing the oil temperature.
  • Check the cause of excessive oil temperature.
Cause 8: overloads.
Lifting according to the specified lifting capacity.
